Owner and Principal Broker, L.R. “Pete” Palermo was first licensed in the early 1970’s, and purchased Fairway Real Estate, Inc. in 1992. He was joined by his daughter and Principal Broker, Lori Palermo the following year. Pete’s wife of more than 50 years, Mary (Montgomery) Palermo joined the family business as a Broker in 1997 after her retirement from the University of Oregon.
